01 Why powder coating over painting?

Powder coating is six times more durable than traditional paint. Powder coating is very environmentally friendly as well. While it's not cheap it is less expensive than traditional paint. Plus there are over 7000+ colors to choose from.
02 Why choose Cerakote for your firearms project?

Cerakote is desined for heat protection. It also has lubricity built in for your slides and actions on your firearms. It is also chemically resistant, which allows you to clean your firearms without removing the coating.
03 Do I have to do anything special before I bring my part to you to coat?

Yes!

If it's a firearm you will need to disassemble it prior to beinging it to us and only bring us the parts you want coated. We don't disassemble or assemble firearms. Brake calipers will need to be disassembled.

We don't take off tires or put them on as we are not a tire shop.

We will handle all metal prep for you.

Services

Our powder coating system places emphasis on quality. Our process begins by cleaning your item thoroughly. We then pre-bake the item to remove any gases or solvents left from the cleaning process. Then we use only quality powders from reputable suppliers with our top of the line powder gun. Our oven is capable of accommodating small ATV frames, headers, A-frames, wheels, and other various parts, but at this time is unable to accommodate an automotive frame. The oven has been thoroughly calibrated to heat items at precisely the manufacturers specifications.

Media Blasting

Our Media Blasting cabinet utilizes many different media including black oxide, aluminum oxide for a non-abrasive satin finish. See FAQ below for more.

We have taken powder coating to the next level. We offer almost endless color options for your Wheels, metal product, Yeti cups, Holiday Jars or stainless tumblers. Just ask if we can do it!

How much does it cost to powder coats my rims/wheels?

Rims/Wheels start at $90.00 and go up from there depending on what you want done. We do not remove tires from the rim/wheel. You will need to bring the rims in without the tire on it. Lug nuts are an extra charge.
Can I leave my car at your shop?

NO! We are not insured to have customers vehicles left at our shop.
Do I need to bring my entire firearm to you in order to get it Cerakoted?

NO! We do not do any Gunsmith work at all. Disassembly/reassembly of your firearm is solely your responsibility. You will need to have your firearm completely disassembled of all parts. We need only the parts that you want Cerakoted. Please Contact Us for further information.
Can you Cerakote other things other than firearms?

Yes we can Cerakote just about anything with a wide array of graphics, custom lettering and more. Some of the other things you can Cerakote are knives, stainless steel mugs/tumblers, custom metal work and more.
I have a swimming pool rail/ladder or diving board stand that I need powder coated. Can you do that?

Yes we can do that. Just bring us your ladder disassembled, ladders bolts, escutcheons or rail or diving board stand. You can select your color from our large selection when you bring them in.
I have a promotion coming up and I need Custom Yeti tumblers. Can you put our logo on them?

Yes we have Yeti mugs and tumblers that you can choose from. Please Contact Us for more information on your promotion.
Can you coat my exhaust manifold or headers?

Yes we can. We do them in a high temp ceramic coating. Please Contact Us for more information.
Do you offer a warranty?

Yes,all of our work comes with a 12 month warranty.
Do you offer media blasting services?

Yes, we do but are limited to the size of the project. We recommend for any lawn furniture and large items like full size truck bumpers, to take them to Keystone stripping for media blasting. We work with them often for this service. Keystone Stripping 1801 N 11th St. Omaha, NE 402-334-3578
