Our powder coating system places emphasis on quality. Our process begins by cleaning your item thoroughly. We then pre-bake the item to remove any gases or solvents left from the cleaning process. Then we use only quality powders from reputable suppliers with our top of the line powder gun.  Our oven is capable of accommodating small ATV frames, headers, A-frames, wheels, and other various parts, but at this time is unable to accommodate an automotive frame. The oven has been thoroughly calibrated to heat items at precisely the manufacturer’s specifications.
